Terms and Conditions Visa Solutions
1. Applicability
1.1. These conditions are part of all agreements concluded with Visa Solutions, hereinafter referred to as: "Travel / Visa Consultant", and apply to all its offers.
1.2. The applicability of any general or specific terms and conditions of stipulations of the counterparty of Travel / Visa Consultant, hereinafter referred to as: "Client", is explicitly rejected by Travel / Visa Consultant. These general terms and conditions prevail over the general or specific terms and conditions of the Client's stipulations, even if the general or specific terms and conditions of the Client's stipulations stipulate the opposite.
1.3. By submitting one or more travel request / visa applications to Travel / Visa Consultant, the Client submits to the applicability of these general terms and conditions.
1.4. Any stipulations deviating from these General Terms and Conditions are only binding if Travel / Visa Consultant has accepted them in writing and then only apply to the agreement under which they were made.
2. Accuracy
2.1. By submitting your travel request / visa application, you do certify that the information provided by you is true and correct.
2.2. You hereby certify that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions set forth and all the information you have furnished in this form are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief.
2.3. You understand that any false or misleading statement may result in the permanent refusal or denial of Visa.
3. Limitation of Liability and Expiration Period
3.1. If a passport, document or any other document is lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed, Visa Solutions will only be liable if Visa Solutions has not acted as a reasonably competent consultant. In these cases, Visa Solutions does not accept liability for any costs beyond the replacement value/cost of the item. Liability for any consequential or other damages is expressly excluded.
3.2. Visa Solutions is not responsible for documents that have been misplaced, damaged, delayed, lost or destroyed by a delivery service, customs officials or issuing authority.
3.3. Except in the case of intent or gross negligence and without prejudice to the other liability exclusions and limitations in these General Terms and Conditions, Visa Solutions’ liability is at all times maximized to the amount paid by the Client to Visa Solutions.
4. Communication
By using this site, you do authorize Visa Solutions to contact you via e-mail, messaging, or any other electronic or non-electronic means of communication.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
All legal relationships between Visa Solutions and the Client are exclusively governed by Karnataka State Law.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
