Fees and Payments

1.1. Visa Solutions uses a banking payment gateway as one of the few options for processing payments and Visa Solutions does not store your card data on our servers.

1.2. You agree that your credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets will be billed immediately after submission of your request / application. Requirements and Fees related to processing of your travel request / application are subject to change from time to time and you agree that the processing fee once paid by you is not refundable and not transferable.

The banking charges for:

1.3. Payment Gateway transactions (both Debit or Credit Card) of the applicable fee. The breakup of charges will be displayed on the Payment page for applicants’ knowledge and to maintain transparency.

1.4. All fees paid by Visa Solutions to an issuing authority on behalf of the Client are non-refundable. In the event that a visa, passport or other document application is submitted on behalf of the Client and the request is rejected for whatever reason, Visa Solutions, at the request of the Client, make an extra attempt to obtain the travel document. The Client is obliged to pay any additional costs determined by the issuing authority and if the extra attempt is required due to an error made by the Client in their application, Visa Solutions is entitled to charge the relevant consultation / handling fees that will be agreed upon.

1.6. Third-Party Costs

Costs like document translation, attestation, courier services, or travel insurance are usually non refundable, as these are separate from travel / visa fees.
